Mr. Billy Wayne Phelps, age 69, of Paint Rock, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Christy Veasy Phelps; daughters, Melissa Ann (Michael) Click, Maggie Marie (Jerry) Lawson, Crystal Gail (Ronald) Pendergrass, Stephanie Kay Cooper, Victoria Nicloe (Steve) Raute; sons, Richard Warron (Katie) Wilkins, Nicolas Patrick (Mandi) Cooper; grandchildren, Courtney Clark, Anthony White, Dylan Pendergrass, Tiffany Pendergrass, Brittany Latham, Jennifer Walden, Cassie Taylor, Abigail Adams, Ana Adams, Adi De’Olivera, Leo Raute, Jakob Bradley, Patrick Cooper, Gavin Cooper, Josie Wilkins, Lela Wilkins; parents, Ernie & Linda Phelps; sister, Karen (Robert) Marbach; brothers, Ronald Joseph (Marci) Phelps, Jerry Ray (Tanya) Phelps.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Phelps.
Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Paint Rock Baptist Church.
