Funeral services for Billy Wayne Hall, 77 of Michie, TN are set for Monday, August 5, 2024 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – SOUTH on HWY 45 South with interment in Fellowship Cemetery in Saltillo, MS. Visitation will be Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 6pm-8pm and Monday, August 5, 2024 from 12pm -2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – SOUTH on HWY 45 South. Bro. Ben Martin will officiate the service with Kathy Meeks Hall delivering the eulogy. Born February 10, 1947 in Tupelo, MS., Billy Wayne passed from this life on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Corinth. Billy Wayne was a retired heavy equipment mechanic who enjoyed camping, the Tractor Club, riding around in the country and doing Competition BBQ Smoking. His greatest joy came from cooking for a huge crowd and having his family together. Billy Wayne is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kathy Meeks Hall; daughter, Carmen Raines (Paul); bonus daughters, Stephanie Dyson (Brandon Maxedon) and Shanna Dyson (Albert Thomas) 3 grandsons, Austin McDivitt (Emily), Chase Morris and Zack McDivitt (Kaylie McMillen); 2 great grandchildren, Baylor McDivitt and Blaire McDivitt; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his 2 granddaughters, Lauren and Laken McDivitt; father, Pete Hall; mother, Ethel Cruber Hall; mother-in-law, Juanita Meeks and the mother of Carmen, Barbara Hall. Pallbearers will be Austin McDivitt, Chase Morris, Zack McDivitt, Terry Herring, Brent Redmon, Billy Bob Hopkins and Brian McDivitt; Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy White, Troy Gilmore, Dean White, Walter Williams, Janson White, Dustin White, Brandon Maxedon, Albert Thomas, Harold Guyton , Jeff Moore, Paul Raines and Joshua Cooksey.
