Billy Wayne Carter, 55, of Ripley passed away Friday, August 26, 2022 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Friday at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley.
Mr. Carter, a forklift operator for Overnight Transportation, was a member of Hurricane Hill Methodist Church.
The husband of Jennifer Carter, he is survived by a daughter Alissa Brooke of Ripley, a son Bradley Wayne Carter (Nicole) of Indiana, his mother Patricia Carter, and a sister Pam Carter of Millington.
