Billy was a hardworking, dedicated employee of BE &K/KBR for 35 years. A man who led by shining example often making the statement, “Work smarter, not harder”. He loved his family and friends and was an avid Harley Davidson motorcyle enthusiast, who, more often than not, led the Pack. He continued to fight, refusing to quit. He was a loving husband, father and “Pop” to his grandbabies.
