Funeral service for , 82, will be Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Tunsel Road Baptist Church with Bro. Ralph Henderson and Bro. Bo Linam officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Shaneyfelt died on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born August 14, 1935, in Morgan County to Clarence Elmer Shaneyfelt and Anna Pearl Hendon. He was the Head of Maintenance for Falkville Healthcare Center for 31 years prior to his retirement. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: M.D. Shaneyfelt, L.E. Shaneyfelt and Bobby Shaneyfelt, and five sisters: Eva Martin, Evelyn Vest, Mildred Harvel, Anna Mae Crow, and Frances Burns.
