Funeral service for Billy Ray Lindley, 79, will be Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Buell Benett officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Herring Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Lindley died on Monday, November 4, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born November 16, 1933, in Lawrence County to Henry Junior Lindley and Gladys Sanford Lindley. He was formerly employed by Falkville Utilities from which he retired. He was preceded in death by a son: James Lindley, two brothers: Donald and Bobby Lindley and a sister: Louise Fricks and her husband: C.R. Fricks.
