Billy Ray Duncan, age 68 of Oakman, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
Mr. Duncan was preceded in death by his Father-Charles Duncan; Mother-Helen Hammond Duncan.
He is survived by his Companion-Vicki Proffitt; Son-Brandon Duncan (Crissy); Sisters-Wanda Martin, Sheila Dales and Teresa Buchanan; Brother-Ralph Duncan; Grandson-Joshua Ray Duncan; Step Grandchildren-Veronica, Shawn and Trent.
