Billy Ray Cowley, 88, of Madison, AL passed away on August, 10, 2021.
He s survived by his wife; Christine Cowley; daughters; Leesa Barnett (Ken); Pamela Fann; Patricia Thomas (Doyce); sister; Barbara Countess, special friend; Carolyn Bentley; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Service will be Saturday, August 14th, 2021 at 12:30 PM at Maple Hill Cemetery.
