Billy Joe Rhiner, age 59, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Friday, December 27th, 2024, at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
He was born February 14th, 1965, in Bradenton, Florida, to Mr. George Rhiner and the late Kay Turner Rhiner. He was formerly employed by the City of Lewisburg.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Ring.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two daughters, Samantha Rhiner of Hartsville and Kenzie Rhiner of Lewisburg, one son, Cameron Rhiner of Lewisburg, two sisters, April Rhiner of Lewisburg and Amanda (Charles) Dickens of Cornersville, and three grandchildren.
There will be no public visitation or services.
