Billy Joe Jackson, age 83 of Lawrenceburg TN, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. He was the past president of Lawrenceburg Bridle & Saddle Club and a retired janitor from Loretto High School.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Coley and Orabell Jackson; Sister, Mary Tom Jackson; Brother, Pete Jackson.
He is survived by his Wife, Juanita Cobb Jackson of 61 years; Brothers, Fred Jackson of Loretto, TN, Buddy Jackson of Florence, AL, Alvin Jackson of Killen, AL; Sisters, Joann Newton of Five Points, TN, Waynell McGuire of Tuscumbia, AL; Special Nephew, Ray Cobb (Renee); Sister-in-law, Elaine Jackson; many nieces and nephews
Visitation to be held at Gum Springs Church on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m.
Interment will be at Gum Springs Cemetery.
