Billy Joe Colburn, age 73, of Carbon Hill, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Brian Manasco will officiate.
Mr. Colburn was preceded in death by his Parents-Tobe and Elizabeth Colburn; Special Aunt-Sarah Wilkerson; Sisters-Linda and Doris.
He is survived by his Wife-Carol Colburn of Carbon Hill; Daughter-Tammy Kay Mathews (Bobby) of Carbon Hill; Son-Sammy (Possum) Colburn of Carbon Hill; Sisters-Mary Eads (John), Judy Kay Colburn and Nina Colburn all of Carbon Hill; Brothers-James (Toot) Colburn, Terry Don Colburn (Brenda) and Sam Colburn all of Carbon Hill; 2 Grandchildren; Special Friend-Donald Bonner; Host of Nieces and Nephews.
