Funeral for Billy Joe “Bill” Runager, 78, of Trinity will be Monday, January 12, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Caddo Congregational Christian Church with Reverend Justin Compton officiating. Burial will be in Caddo Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home.
Mr. Runager died Thursday, January 8, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born August 14, 1936, in Lawrence County to Joseph and Annie Belle Runager. Mr. Runager was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was also a charter member of Caddo/Midway Volunteer Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Bond Runager; and grandson, Casey Stephen Hampton.
Survivors include one son, Joey Runager; two daughters, Pamela Webb and Deb Hampton and husband, Steve; special friend, Sarah Standridge; grandchildren, Justin Compton, Lucas Compton, Sallie Smith, Becky Miller, Ryan Runager and Adam Runager; and six great-grandchildren, Lily Rae, Gus, Addie, Audrey, Anna and Anita
