Billy J. Jones, 70 years old of Thaxton, MS. Born Jan. 16,1952 to AC Jones and Tressa Rayburn Jones In Kenosha, WI. He passed away in the early morning of August 5, 2022 at Baptist Memorial in Union County. He enjoyed building things as he was a carpenter, he loved fishing and enjoyed being around his family. Billy was a natural jokester and loved to see and make people laugh. He was a God fearing man who loved the Lord and his family.
Billy is survived by his wife of 33 years Patricia Jones, 2 daughters Samantha Belanger (Matthew) of Groves, TX and Angela Moore (Jerry) of Lead Hill, AR, one special nephew Donald Price (Courtney) of Dorsey, MS, 1 granddaughter Aleeah Weeks (Robert) of San Clemente, CA, 1 grandson Jacob Underwood of Lead Hill, AR and 1 brother Binny Jones of fulton, MS. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister Dorothy McMillen, 2 brothers Johnny and Robert, his uncles Hebert, John Paul, Samuel (Hollis).
Memorial service lead by Bro. Casey Jones will be 3:00 Sunday, August 7, 2022, with visitation beginning at 2:00, all at Senter Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations will be accepted in order to help pay for funeral costs.
