Billy Howard Brewer, 70, of Athens, passed away Saturday.
Mr. Brewer was retired from the City of Huntsville.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Brewer; four children, Jamie Brewer (Christy), Teresa Brewer, Tina Brewer, and Jason Brewer (Kristen); two stepchildren, Savina Martin (John) and Joshua Bearden (Taylor); six grandchildren; and sister, Virginia Dill (Brice).
