Billy Harold Robinett, age 71, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 13, 2012. Bill was a long time resident of Colbert County. Visitation will be Thursday, 10-11 a.m., at Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia. His funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at 1 p.m. in Mt. Nebo Cemetery, St. Joseph, Tenn.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Vandalila Brown; brother, Rodger Robinett; former wife, Elizabeth Allen Robinett; daughter, Wendy Russell; and granddaughter, Katlyn Russell.
He is survived by his wife, Tomma Robinett; son, Bill Robinett (Denise); daughter, Mary Clark; stepdaughter, Misty Allen; stepson, Paul Allen (Kristy); sister, Marie Potts (Bobby); brother, Michael Robinett; nephew, James Robinett; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; several nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Special thanks to Tennessee Valley Hospice nurses and Pastor. A very special thank you to Andrea Hollis for all the love and care she has given Billy, for standing by his side as he went through his transition to meet the Lord. Billy lover her and she loved him.
Billy loved fishing, bingo, music and movies, but most of all he loved Lilman. Billy loved working at Taco Bell; he loved life to the fullest. His family was very important to Billy along with Amanda Schneider, “Bubble Gum”.
