Billy Glyn Smith, 77, died March 22, 2016. Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with burial in Bellview Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Smith.
