Mr. Billy Douglas Palmer, age 77 of Albertville, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Marshall Memorial Gardens, with Brother Chris Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones at 1:30 at Adams Brown Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife Jenny Palmer; daughter Paige Lightsey (Tim); son Col: Jim Palmer (Jennifer); and grandchildren Hailey Cole, Hannah Lightsey, Ross Palmer, and Amelia Palmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Marry Palmer.
