A Celebration of Life service for Billy Don Tidwell, 76, will be Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 6:30 PM at Johnson Chapel UMC with Bro. Dustin Atkins officiating, assisted by Peck Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the church.
Mr. Tidwell died on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at his residence. He was born August 24, 1940, in Morgan County to Nade T. Tidwell and Lottie Mae Mason Tidwell. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, James Rothfuss and one sister, Jane Terry. The family would like to thank Comfort Care Hospice, especially Becki Johnson and Tina Smith for all of their loving care. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Comfort Care Hospice.
Survivors include his Wife of almost 59 years, Joan Marie Tidwell.
