Billy Charles Fuller Sr., age 70, of Russellville, passed away Jan. 4, 2014.
Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Johnny Richardson, Jackie Richardson and Daniel Welborn officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Mr. Fuller was a member of Pleasant Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from Russellville High School and was a journeyman carpenter. He served six years in the Alabama National Guard. He held a state of Alabama home builders license and Alabama real estate license. He established Billy Fuller Builders in 1982. Work was his hobby and he never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ollie Fuller.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda Jones Fuller; children, Bill Fuller Jr. (Christine), John Fuller, Melissa Grissom (David), Eric Fuller (Hayley); grandchildren, Matthew Fuller (Shawna), Katie Crowden (Andrew), Kate Grissom and Abigail Fuller; great-grandchildren, Parker Crowden, Cohen Crowden and Kaley Fuller; sisters, Sarah Murphy (Roney), Vickey Fuller; mother and father-in-law, Edward and Christine Jones; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Crowden, Ray Dykes, Charles Fisher, Roger Jones, Joe Mansell and Jim Seay.
