Billie Ruth Grubbs, 75, died Jan. 24, 2016. Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Ridout’s Brown-Service Chapel with burial in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her husband, James Grubbs.
