Billie Kenneth Nelson, 90, of Decatur died Tuesday. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rob Jackson officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
