Billie Jean Lynch Biffle, 90, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2016. Visitation will be 9 a.m. Friday at Donelson View Baptist Church, Nashville. The funeral will be 10 a.m. at the church will burial at 2 p.m. at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. She was the widow of the late Olin Biffle.
