Mrs. Billie Jane Wood, 78 of Waterloo passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 at E.C.M. Hospital. She was a born in Whitwell, Tennessee and moved to Alabama in her teenage years. She was a Christian who loved the Lord and raised her children in the faith. She enjoyed many hours tending her flower gardens and enjoyed shopping for special trinkets. She loved her family most of all and treasured her time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation is today, July 10, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with burial in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating will be Pastor Arnold Sheets.
She is survived by a daughter, Donnie(Mike)Peck and two sons, Roger(Margie) Reed and Tommy(Donice)Wood.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
