Beverly Jane Elliott, age 84, of Cottontown, TN passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Thursday, October 6, 2022 in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home, White House with Bro. Mike Brady officiating. Burial will follow in the Halltown Cemetery in Portland, TN with Bud Elliott, Mason Elliott, Michael England, Chris England, Cruz Wedin and Blake Byrd serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jay England and Corey Rocchietti.
The family will receive friends from 3-7pm Wednesday, October 5, 2022 and again from 10am until the time of service at 11am Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Elliott was born September 3, 1938 in Kentucky to the late Harley and Kextie Threlkel Ballard. She was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran, a homemaker and a member of Halltown Baptist Church. Mrs. Elliott loved and cared for her family deeply, loved camping and the Tennessee Vols.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Barbara Jean Pickett.
Mrs. Elliott is survived by her husband of 61 years, Ralph Elliott Sr.; son, Bud (Christa) Elliott; daughters, Frances (Randy) Lewis and Dee (Ronny) England; and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
