Beverly Ann Smith was born December 16, 1944 in McNairy County, TN, the daughter of the late James Melton West and Bess Ida Lowrance West. She departed this life on July 8, 2024 in Tupelo, Mississippi at the age of 79 Years, 6 Months, 22 Days.
She was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Selmer, Tennessee. Her joys included exploring new destinations through travel, finding delight in shopping excursions, and savoring meals at Rafferty’s Restaurant.
Her memory will be treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Beverly’s presence in the lives of her loved ones will be deeply missed as they hold onto the fond memories shared with her.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, James Smith; a daughter, Angie Ingle; four grandchildren: Jonathan Coleman, Allison Smalley and husband Trae, Dustin Coleman, C. J. Ingle and wife CC; four great grandchildren: Lakely Ingle, Charleigh Ingle, Westlynn Ingle, Emmersyn Smalley; a brother, Houston West and wife Pam; step sister, Janie Stevens and husband Bobby; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Beverly Ann was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Coleman; step son, James Smith Jr.; son-in-law, Greg McClain; brother, Dennis West of Selmer, TN; step brother, J. W. West.
