Beulah Virginia Towe age 87 of Madison, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Towe was born October 23, 1927 in Guntersville, AL to Samuel Moore and Jesse Entriocen Moore.
Services will be Saturday April 4, 2015 2:00 p.m., at Greenbrier Baptist Church with Bro. Ricky Lowery officiating. The body will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 pm. prior to the service. Visitation will be Friday, April 3, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.
Mrs. Towe was a member of Greenbrier Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Jesse Moore; husband, Elbert Sidney Towe, Jr.; daughter, Cynthia Kay Terry.
Survived by three sons, Lannie Kent Towe and wife Shelley, Sidney Keith Towe both of Madison and Mickey Shane Towe and wife, Lisa of Athens; one daughter, Joyie Moore Adkins and husband, Jeff of Eva; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Moore of Hazelgreen, AL and T.L. Moore and wife, Nancy of Athens; two sisters, Hazel Thompson and husband, Bob and Gladys Mae Harper and husband, Charlie both of Madison; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kent Towe, Brandon Towe, Justin Towe, Daniel Terry, Hunter Towe, Daniel Hughes, Ricky Terry and Keith Dobbs.
In lieu of flowers make memorials to Greenbrier Baptist Church.
