Beulah “Ruth” Mullican Moman

Beulah “Ruth” Mullican Moman, formerly of Albertville, went to her Heavenly home on November 2nd at the age of 89. Mrs. Moman spent most of her life in in the Pleasant Grove and Albertville area. Mrs. Moman married her high school sweetheart in 1955 and resided in Albertville until her health required her to move closer to her children in Birmingham. Mrs. Moman is preceded in death by her husband, G. B. Moman, Jr., her parents Harvey and Elva Mullican, her brother Harold Mullican and sister Flora Buchanan. Ruth is survived by her children, Sandra Entrekin, Indian Springs AL; Karen (Todd) Beaton, Mobile AL; Phillip (Denise) Moman, Ashford AL. Six grandchildren of whom she was most proud of: Heather Entrekin Clements (Ben), Birmingham; Jake (Hannah) Beaton, Mobile; Hope (Will) Cutchen, Arlington, VA; Adam (Kate) Beaton, Atlanta, GA; Gaither (Amy) Moman, Montgomery; Parker (Kaide) Moman, Ashford and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by sister-in-law Martha Mullican, Arab and numerous nieces, and nephews. The family wants to thank Amada Senior Care of Birmingham, Home Instead Care of Dothan and Kindred Hospice of Dothan for their tremendous outpouring of love and care. Interment will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Kindred Hospice, 2740 Headland Avenue Dothan AL 36303.
