Betty W. Collier, 65, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at her residence. She was born in Russellville, Alabama and was a homemaker.

Services will be Saturday, Jan. 7, at 11 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, Alabama, with Brother Adam Pharr officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Golden, Mississippi. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Alabama, will be in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are her husband of 50 years, Rudy Collier, Red Bay, Alabama; one daughter, Jenny Irvin (Johnny Mayhall), Red Bay, Alabama; three grandchildren, Rebecca Duke (Justin), Pamela Irvin, and Trenity Mayhall; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Charlene Seal, Bear Creek, Alabama, and Gwen Williams, Golden, Mississippi; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Whitlock and Mary Vernon Suddith Whitlock; a daughter, Amanda Collier; and seven brothers; and one sister.

Pallbearers will be Justin Duke, Austin Milam, Freddie Saint, Chris Barksdale, Sandy Seal, and Stanley Seal.

Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 6, 6-9 p.m., at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Alabama.
