Betty Sue Joiner, 90, died Monday, March 2, 2015. Visitation will be noon-3 p.m. Friday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. She was the wife of the late Condred Joiner.
