Betty Puckett, age 75, of Phil Campbell, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, September 6th, 2015, at Russellville Hospital in Russellville, Alabama.

Visitation, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 11th, 2015, at Mt. Hope Church.  Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Friday, at the church following the visitation.  Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
