Betty Jo Yates, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Melvin Yates, her daughter Leann, her parents, Cora and Hugh Robertson, her sister Patsy and her brother Jimmy.
She is survived by her daughters, Denise (Brian) Perris, Vicki (Keith) Malone, Terri (Dean) Jones, and Cora (Michael) Richard; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Monday, July 22, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to noon at Berryhill Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow directly after. Interment will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens immediately after the service.
