Betty Jo Webster Harris, 92, of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021. She was born June 21, 1928 to the late Clarence Ozell Webster and Agnes Lounell Mills Webster. Aunt Bea, as she was known to everyone, was a lover of people and always willing to give a helping hand.
She is survived by her daughter, Frances Elaine Webster; brother, Ernest M. Webster and wife, Ella, whom Betty considered her baby sister for the last 60 years ; grandchildren, Chelsea, Holly, and Hunter; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Herschell Fleming and John M. Harris, Sr.; brothers, Donald Eugene Webster, Clarence Wendell Webster, and Walter Lee Webster; as well as her parents.
No services are planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SOS program of First United Methodist Church, 206 Grand Avenue North, Fort Payne, AL 35967.
