Betty Jo Jewell Niedergeses, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, July 06, 2017 at Alive Hospice Residence Nashville. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Salant & Salant and Murray Ohio. Mrs. Niedergeses was a member of the Home Demonstration Club and Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Willie Pruiett Jewell; and her husband, Pauley Andrew Niedergeses.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, July 09, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home with Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 10:00 AM Monday, July 10, 2017, with Father Mark Beckman and Father Joseph Mundakal officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School – Lawrenceburg.
