Betty Jean Waddell age 61 of Athens, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Waddell was born March 26, 1952 in Limestone County to Robert Junior Coffman and Mary Rossie Barnes Coffman.
Graveside services will be Saturday, July 20, 2013 2:00 p.m., at Hesters Chapel Cemetery with Mike Webster officiating. Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Waddell was a member of the Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her husband, Littlelen Waddell; brother, Phillip Morris Coffman; father, Robert Junior Coffman.
Survived by two sons, Tracy Waddell and Gary Coffman both of Athens; mother, Rossie Coffman of Athens; four brothers, Johnny Coffman, Mark Coffman, Larry Coffman and Charlie Coffman all of Athens; three sisters, Carolyn Coffman, Jenny Coffman and Judy Pugh all of Athens.
Pallbearers will Jr. Wayne Coffman, Shelley Posey, Bradley Clark, Brandon Smith, Randy Moss and Heath Craig. Honorary pallbearers will be Frankie Waddell, Buck Coffman and Samuel Coffman.
