Betty Jean Spalding, age 63, of Westmoreland, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024 at her home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 5pm in the chapel of the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier.
Visitation will be held at the Greenbrier Chapel on September 14th from 2pm until the hour of service at 5pm.
Mrs. Spalding was born September 14, 1960 in Nashville to the late Tony Aaron and Betty Leek Spalding. She worked as a waitress until her retirement and attended New Hope Church. Mrs. Spalding loved spending time with her grandchildren, she liked to sell merchandise at festivals, and loved bickering with her husband, “T.” Milliken.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Spalding is preceded in death by her brother, Dee Dee Webb and her granddaughter, Jenna Judkins.
Mrs. Spalding is survived by her husband, Terry “T.” Milliken, Sr.; sons and daughter-in-law, Kennydwayne Lee Spalding of Greenbrier, Terry and Krista Milliken of Hendersonville, Wayne Milliken of Knoxville and Scotty Milliken of Knoxville; daughter and son-in-law, Wandakay Jean Judkins and Ken Russell of Gallatin; brother and sister-in-laws, Larry and Kimberly Spalding of Ragland, AL and Tammy Webb of Greenbrier; grandchildren, Jase Judkins, Kensley Hope Milliken, Leilonni Baker, and 5 others whom she loved as well. Mrs. Spalding is also survived by her best friends, Pam Upchurch, Sherryl Stone and Sissy.
