Betty Jean Sims, age 70 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Smith Cemetery.
Mrs. Sims was preceded in death by her Son-Randall Sims; Husband-Jimmy Ray Sims, Sr.; Granddaughter-Brittany Duncan Owens; Brother-Gerald Eravi; Sister-Shirley Eravi; Mother-Mary Eravi Johnson; Father-William Dillman; Grandparents-Maude McDonald and Andy McDonald.
She is survived by her Daughters-Gloria Duncan, Angela Bennett and Donna Thompson all of Jasper; Sons-Jimmy Sims, Jr. and James Sims of Jasper; Sisters-Billie Hulen, Mary Ann Roland, Janet Bradford, Kaye Reece, Donna Wright, Carmen Eravi, Karen Hopper and Geraldine Wolverton; Brothers-Paul Eravi, Danny Eravi, Claude Eravi and Terry Eravi; 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren
