Betty Jane Lindsey, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in Lexington. She was born April 9, 1942 in Henderson County to the late Otis Franklin and Clara Evie Wallace Little. She was retired from Brown Shoe and was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed making clothes.
She is survived by one son, James Dale Lindsey (Jamie) of Lexington; one daughter, Betty Renee Lindsey of Lexington; and two grandchildren, Lidian Lee Lindsey of Lexington and Levi Lafayette Lindsey, who is stationed in San Diego, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Leslie Lindsey; her parents; and her brother, Jerry Franklin Little.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Henderson County Memory Gardens.
