Our mother loved the Lord and witnessed every day. She never met a stranger and cared about everybody. Mom loved her family dearly, including her dog Greta, who will make this Heavenly journey with her. Her desire was to go to Heaven and be whole again. She always said the first three people she wanted to see in Heaven were Jesus, her mother, and Peter. Mom got her wish and went to meet her mother on her mother’s birthday. We will miss you momma, meme, granny.
Pallbearers will be Adam Roberts, Sammy Woody Jr., Garrett Roberts, Danny Mink, Willie White and Jonathan Key.
The family would like to give special thanks to her caring neighbor, Charles McCulloch, for always being there, and her dear friend, Michelle Eddy for spoiling her rotten. Thank you to the nurses, Anna and Bridget, and Hospice of North Alabama.
Roselawn Funeral Home has the honor of serving the family.
