Betty Dyer Tate, age 84 of Jesup, GA, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022. Mrs. Tate was born in Etowah County on June 20, 1939 to the late C.A. & Mertice Adkison Dyer. She retired from the Federal Aviation Administration as a Program Analyst.
A Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, October 7, 2022 in the Glenwood Cemetery.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Thomas R. Tate, Jr. (Valerie Reyna Tate); and sister, Ester Jo Elsberry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. Tate, Sr..
