Beth Baker May,70, passed away on March 6, 2023 as a result of a heart attack. Beth was born in Florence, SC to Karlo and Lois Baker and grew up and graduated high school in Cheraw, SC. Beth attended Converse College and was a proud Carolinian. She always enjoyed sharing a story, visiting with friends, viewing family photos and reading.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Alexander Matheson “Matt” May. Beth is survived by her son, Alexander “Zan” Matheson May, Jr. and wife; Kris May Hilton and husband; brother Stephen and wife; sisters, Lisa and husband and Elanor and husband and grandsons, Alex, Owen, Thomas, and Sean.
A celebration of life will be held in SC later this summer.
