Bessie Neel Stark, age 73, of Decatur, Alabama passed away on Tuesday January 15, 2019. Bessie was born February 7, 1945 in Cullman, AL. Visitation will be Friday from 1 pm until 2 pm at Central United Methodist Church. Celebration of Life service will begin at 2 pm at the church. Mrs. Stark will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
