Bessie Mae Andrews, 93 of Joppa passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Marshall Medical Center North. Bessie was born May 30, 1927 in Madison County the daughter of Bob Kimbrough and Susie Riggins Kimbrough. She was a homemaker and married to the late Otis “Red” Andrews.
She is survived by Daughters: Shirley Jarrett of Arab, Mary Andrews of Joppa and Susan Serrano of Baileyton; Sons: Otis Andrews of Union Grove and Wayne Andrews of Joppa; Eight Grandchildren, Eighteen Great Grandchildren and Fifteen Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Derek Sherrill officiating. Burial will follow in the Rice Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Justin Thompson, Brandon Jarrett, Terry Andrews, Vince Filippone, Austin Filippone and David Carr.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
