Funeral service for Mrs. Bertha Nell Brackins-Jackson, 77, of Decatur, who passed away September 18, 2013, will be September 24, 2013, at noon, at Newcomb St. Church of Christ. The body will be in the church one hour before service. Burial will be in Lindsay Cemetery in Oakville. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 7 at Sharpley Funeral Home.
