Bernice Wilson Johnson, 93, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born August 30, 1924 to the late Ellie Wilson and the late Beulah Wood Wilson in Itawamba County. She was a member of Saucer Creek Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday March 26, 2018 at Senter Funeral Home with Ministers Paul Epler, and Bobby Cleveland officiating. Burial will be in Saucer Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday March 26 at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by her children, Billie (Paul) Epler of Red Bay, AL, Robert (Lynn) Johnson of Golden, Phyllis Bush of Golden, Genelda (Jim) Davis of Golden, Ellie (Paul) Lefford of Golden, Grandchildren, Jennifer (Mike) Gray, Brad (Heather) Feeland, Amy Whatley, Vonda Johnson, Bruce (Brandi) Johnson, Andrew (Amber Sharp) Bush,Natalie (Josh) Dearing, Heather (Jay) Clark, Joe (Sara) Davis, David (Keisha) Lefford, Jonathan Lefford, Julie (Ronald) Sartin, Connie (Michael) Stanford, 19 great grandchildren, and 1great grandchild, Sister, Merlene Johnson, brother in law, Ernest (Quinna Mae) Johnson, and sister in law, Etoye Waddle.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Vonnie Johnson, her parents, son in laws, Jim Freeland, Phil Bush, Brother, Everett Wilson, infant brother, Alvin Wilson, and a Sister, Beatrice Ryan.
Pallbearers will be Brad Feeland, Bruce Johnson, Andrew Bush, Joe Davis, David Lefford, Jonathan Lefford.
