Bernice Wiggins Vaughan, 88, of Bolivar
Mrs. Vaughan passed from this life early Saturday morning, April 13, 2019, at Bolivar General Hospital.
She was a native and life-long resident of Hardeman County and the widow of the late Dorris Eugene Vaughan. Mr. Vaughan died June 24, 2001. Her parents were the late Charlie and Martha Grantham Wiggins. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Jettie Rose Knight, Charlene Morris and Althea Sipes; and brothers, Vernon and Neely Wiggins.
Mrs. Vaughan was married on November 21,1959 and worked in the home. She was Pentecostal in belief and in her spare time enjoyed fishing with her husband, cooking, gardening and staying in touch with friends and family. She was especially fond of her pet dog, Benji.
She is survived by three brothers, Edwin (Dottie) Wiggins of Bolivar, Henderson (Johnnie) Wiggins of Jackson and Donald (Jerlene) Wiggins of Bolivar; and numerous nieces and nephews.
