Bernice Marie Adams, 83 of Athens, Alabama, died Monday, September 7, 2020 at Madison Hospital.
Mrs. Adams was born September 27, 1936 in Limestone County, she was a member of Tanner Church of Christ, a homemaker, caregiver, community worker and a devout worker for the Lord. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday 7pm at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Henry Carter and Richard Chandler officiating. Visitation is from 5pm until 8pm Thursday at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Adams, Troy Bivens, Chris Putman, Zayden Adams, Adrian Corbitt, Crimson Bivens, Jame Putman. Great Grandchildren and Spouses is Honorary Pallbearers.
Survivors: Husband of 67 years, Melvis L. Adams. Daughter, Phyllis Putman. Sons, Ronny Adams and Tim Adams. Grandchildren, Chris Putman, Leigh Ann Bivens, Delisha Corbitt, Nathan Adams, Peyton Adams, Zayden Adams. Great Grandchildren, Crimson Bivens, Cameron Bivens, Julianna Bivens, Jame Putman, Reid Putman, Emilee Putman, Alisha Adams, Rebecca Adams, Anna Adams, Kelson Corbitt, Jared Corbitt.
Preceded in death by Parents, Maxie & Rozel Lewis.
