Bentrice Stanford Robison age 97 of Detroit, AL passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, AL.
Born October 18,1925 she is the Daughter of the late Lawrence and Mada Line Webb Stanford and the Wife of the late William Robison. She had lived in Detroit most of her life. She worked in the fields, and garment plant, and she loved cleaning, cooking and babysitting her grandchildren. She was known as Maw Maw Hut and Aunt Hut. She loved going to church and was a member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by a Daughter, Connie (Alton) Cavender, 3 Sons, Joseph ( Ann) Robison, Freddie (Linda) Robison, and Randall (Phyllis) Robison, 2 Sisters, Christine Dupree and Louise Knight, 19 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her Husband of 67 years, William Robison, and 3 Brothers, Belden, Arbie Lee and Arnold Stanford and a Sister, Dixie Lucas.
Services held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Tim Harris officiating.
