Benny Sebastian Vasallo, 66, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Cuba to Vincent Vasallo and Orquiedo Ferreira and grew up in West Palm Beach, FL. He moved to Belmont in 1993 with his family.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 30, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Dennis Memory Gardens. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Vasallo; step-daughter, Gela Daughtery; step-son, Danny Daughtry; grandchildren, Zach Hall, Brianna Hall, Lapraisa Smith, Jasmine Morris, Neisha Luster, Elijah Luster, Trey Daughtrey and Aaron Daughtrey; great-grandchildren, Karson Termini, Braxton Fly, Brayden Fly, Branson Fly, Aubrey Fly, Cree Bonman, Nova Morris and Bentley Luster; his brother, Jerry Vasallo and his ex-wife, Wanda Vasallo.
Pallbearers will be Jody Hall, Zach Hall, Brandon Termini, Danny Ewing and Dion Luster.
Visitation will be Friday, December 30, 11-2 at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
