Ben Howell – Obituary

Ben Howell, 76, of Hampton Cove, passed away Saturday. Ben graduated from the University of Alabama in 1962 with a BSEE Degree. He was an avid Alabama Fan. “Roll Tide!” Ben retired from Hewlett Packard after a long and successful career. After retirement, he loved working in his rose gardens and wood working.
Survivors include wife, Ruth; children, Mark Howell (Nancy) of AR, John Howell (Rebecca), and Amy Landreneau all of Huntsville; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 1, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. Susan Sloan officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Family Care.
