Bell Fuqua died Friday, Feb. 13, 2015. Public viewing will be 11 a.m. to noon today at Hopewell African Methodist Episcopal Church. The graveside service will be noon today at the church cemetery. She was the sister of the late Reverend Frank Roach. Saints Funeral Home is assisting the family.
